Oliver G. Richard
Currently chairman of the board for CleanFUEL USA, an alternative energy company based in Georgetown, Texas, Richard is a 1974 graduate of the Manship School and a 1977 graduate of the LSU Paul M. Hebert Law Center. He earned a Master of Law degree in Taxation from Georgetown University. In 1982, Richard was confirmed by President Reagan as a member of the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission, becoming the youngest commissioner in the history of the organization. Following his tenure at FERC, he served as chairman, president and CEO of Columbia Energy Group, a Fortune 500 company.
