Biography

Jordan Gilmore is a research analyst on grant-funded and internally funded projects, which include but are not limited to literature reviews, development of policy analysis, and quantitative analysis. He also assists in the Center's communications and external affairs, with particular outreach to legislative bodies and trade associations.

Mr. Gilmore's current projects deal with the development of a statewide alternative energy resource inventory, and an analysis of state and federal greenhouse gas regulation. Other responsibilities include the management of the Hood Scholarship Fund, the quarterly Leadership Speaker Series, the annual Alternative Energy Conference, and other conference coordination.

Mr. Gilmore has a B.A. in political science and legal studies from Loyola University. He is currently pursuing his master's degree in environmental science at Harvard University. He is a member of the International Association of Energy Economics, the Lake Pontchartrain Basin Foundation, the Audubon Nature Institute, and the Public Relations Society of America.
