Biography

Ms. Lewis is a Word Processor Operator Specialist at the LSU Center for Energy Studies. She has worked at the Center for about twenty years. Her main responsibility is typing documents, reports, and proposals from rough drafts. She uses her formatting experience to customize and enhance these documents. She also creates, merges, sorts, and copies temporary files for daily use. Ms. Lewis manipulates stored data to produce reports, mailing labels, letters, memos, and multi-listings from coded data in the full and temporary database files. She also screens telephone calls, takes messages, and clips newspapers for energy related research, energy conservation, environment, and energy sources. Ms. Lewis enjoys troubleshooting word processing and spreadsheet problems for people at the Center.
