EXHIBITOR SPACE
- Exhibit space consists of an eight foot table under a 10x10 foot tent located in the exterior ring outside of the LSU Energy, Coast and Environment building conference center.
If your organization intends to display a vehicle or requires a larger space please indicate on the form.

- If your display will need power, please bring a 30-60 ft extension cord. Should this be a problem or if you have special requirements for power please let us know.
SET-UP and BREAK-DOWN
- Excluding vehicles, merchandise and materials must be delivered on the day of the expo.
- Please plan to set up your table between the hours of 8 AM and 12 PM on April 22, 2010 at the Energy, Coast and Environment Building . If you would like to man your space from 8 AM - 1PM, you are welcome.
- Highlight hours if the expo will begin at 1 PM after the Clean Fuels Symposium lunch and will end at 4 PM. Please be prepared to remove materials soon after 4 PM.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
- For the Expo on Thursday afternoon there is exhibitor space available.
However, spaces are limited and are subject to approval by the planning committee.
- Use this form to register for exhibit space for the expo.

- The registration form may be submitted electronically, by fax or by mail.
- The deadline to submit exhibitor registration is Friday, 2 April 2010.
- Registration Fees are included in the cost for the 2 day conference.
